Smoking cessation therapy takes only one session.

This therapy works because the power of your subconscious mind is used to change your thinking processes, making it very easy to stop with no side effects.Normally people will use their will power to try and stop, this creates irritability, mood swings, bad temper, cravings and possible weight gain. Hypnotherapy was proven to be the best method of Stopping Smoking by Which magazine (eight years ago) and New Scientist magazine (last year). Their findings were as a result of an in-depth study of all methods of stopping smoking.

Using a combination of positive suggestion and visualisation I can make it easy for you to give up smoking without craving cigarettes.
